Simple Ways to Improve Mood


1. Get Enough Sleep

Most of us need about 8-9 hours of sleep a night to repair and renew our bodies. Please ensure that you get enough sleep as required by yourself to feel refreshed and energised.

2. Spend time with your friend

Spend time with your friends doing something that is enjoyable to you and them.

3. Organise your surroundings

Take small steps to organise your surroundings even if it means only spending 5 minutes each day. Clear and organised space equals to clear and organised mind.

4. Enjoy Nature 

Taking a short walk outside will help to improve your mood. Admire the small things like flowers on pavements, falling leaves during the fall.

5. Follow a Balanced Diet

Unhealthy snacks can be tempting. Follow a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables to maintain healthy weight. 

6. Do things you enjoy 

Do things that you enjoy - from writing a dairy entry about your own emotions, feelings, going through old photographs, listening to music, swimming etc.
